Jessica DelMonaco, PT, DPT, CDNT
Jessica has a passion for teaching patients to take an active role in their health and recovery. By utilizing a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and targeted therapeutic exercise she treats a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
Jessica completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in 2016. She is a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT). She uses dry needling coupled with manual therapy, functional exercise, and postural re-education to create sustainable neuromuscular changes. She is also trained in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and has taken extensive continuing education coursework in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and treatment of headaches.
Jessica is an avid endurance athlete and enjoys swimming, biking and running. She has a true understanding of how difficult it is to press pause on a training plan or an active lifestyle, and how vital physical therapy is to a safe recovery. After having two children of her own, she has developed a passion for teaching clients to strengthen their bodies and gradually return to all the activities they love after having children. She takes a close look at body mechanics and utilizes video gait analysis to systematically analyze movement patterns and improve movement efficiency. She uses a holistic, active approach to ensure each patient makes a full recovery and achieves their personal goals.
