Join Our Front Office Team

We are looking for the right person to join our front office team at Chicago Physical Therapists. This person would be lively, caring, experienced and self-motivated.

Duties include:

• Checking in patients as they arrive

• Answering phones and responding to emails

• Scheduling new and existing patients

• Filling waitlist spots from cancellations

• Navigating Prompt EMR: saving faxes, updating insurance info, communicating with our billing team, sending intakes to new patients, etc.

We are really looking for someone who brings medical office experience and is able to take on a larger role in our clinic ensuring every day operations run smoothly, keeping track of accounts and strategically planning for the future.

Schedule: 3 days per week (ideally Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

About Our Clinic

Chicago Physical Therapists was opened in 2009 by Meredy Parker, PT, DPT. In the 14 years since its beginning, our practice has grown from one sole-practitioner to now include a team of six highly trained and enthusiastic physical therapists.

Our clinic is a boutique-style practice, fully customizing our care to each patient’s needs and spending a full hour, one-on-one with patients during appointments. We did a custom build-out of our clinic, and we hope you find details like the the sound-proof walls in the treatment rooms, dimmable lights and spacious gym as comfortable as we do.

About Our Team

We are continually learning and growing individually and as a team! We regularly meet to go through courses and collaborate. Our therapists also value collaborations with each other during appointments to mentor and teach each other new skills. Our workplace culture is encouraging, collaborative and enthusiastic. We are always open to opportunities for growth so we can continue to provide the best care possible for patients.

What Is Unique About Us

Our team has an incredible amount of experience in pelvic floor physical therapy, women’s health and perinatal care. We would be open to mentoring the right candidate in this specialty. But you do not need to specialize in this area or be looking to specialize in it to apply! Our team is constantly learning and welcomes a therapist who brings unique experience along with them.
